[There wasn't far enough to go to make things that much less cramped, really, but once Masamune huffs at him and adjusts the blanket, it's pretty obvious he's in this for the long haul. It's also obvious that Furuya is too; even if he did change his mind now, getting out of here would mean climbing over Masamune. That's a mental image Furuya pauses on only briefly before starting to settle in himself.
Napping is one thing, but sleeping for the night is entirely another. As carefully as he can, Furuya adjusts until he's on his stomach, one arm tucked under his head to make up for the support he lost when Masamune took his pillow back. He ends up closer than he was before--no way that wasn't going to happen anyway, but he can almost feel Masamune's hand now--and looking at him, at least when he doesn't close his eyes.
Masamune's not like Furuya, who has taken naps on the majority of the horizontal surfaces in the apartment at this point as well as some with slightly steeper angles. Short of the few times a doubleheader in the summer sun has left him drained enough to crash on the couch, Furuya hasn't really seen Masamune sleeping, but when he did it was memorable. All the weight and irritation that make up his trademark expression were gone, and the softness and ease in his face was more charming than Furuya will probably ever admit out loud.
Sure, it's kind of weird, but if Masamune's actually going to sleep then he'll never know Furuya's resting with one eye open. If he does notice, well, Furuya did just have a nice long nap already before he was so rudely interrupted, so who can blame him for not being that sleepy again yet?]
