wataru is, naturally, a fan! how could he not be? everything is beautiful and magical--it is a time for art and music and dance and joy. merrymaking, even! and wataru hibiki makes very, very merry.

so, preparations for the star festival being underway doesn't mean that things can't be decorated beyond that. wataru's heard that eichi is up and about for the day, which means that perhaps he's already in the student council room, decorating. wataru makes his way out of the theater club room with his arms full of decorations, and he sets them down at the doorway to the student council room and opens the door. ]

Goo~od evening, Eichi! How nice it is, to see you up and about and moving around! ♪ [ with the box out of his arms, he immediately makes his way over to said student council president, because if anyone would notice the little green sprigs hanging in the room, it would most certainly be the dramatic wataru hibiki!

as in, when he sweeps in, he truly does, grabbing eichi's hand and promptly dipping him down underneath one of the mistletoe sprigs. ] It seems we've had a meeting of fate....☆
