So he just grabs a pair of sweats that may or may not have been left at one point by Ichiro, and saunters out of his bedroom and off into his apartment proper. He's maybe a little silently thankful that they didn't wind up at the Yamada's this time around. Jiro and Saburo are probably up to their own bullshit, but the moment they caught on to what was happening in the kitchen? They'd fucking materialize.

Not about that life.

Scratching his fingers through the longer strands at the back of his head, then bringing his hand around to the side of his neck where he can feel a bitemark press into his skin, he starts getting out all of the pans and ingredients he needs to make breakfast. It's second nature, even if this is... it's not new, exactly, but renewed. He knows exactly what Ichiro likes for breakfast, remembers it like the back of his hand.

Same as he remembers mapping out every inch of him. But it's been kind of nice, getting the second chance at it. Even if he won't say it out loud, even when pressed, no matter how obvious it is in the way that he rolls his wrist to watch butter glide across the surface of the skillet in his hand, cigarette behind an ear and a low hum in his throat. ]
